Welcome to DriverSourceHub. Please read these Terms before you use the site. They explain what we do, what we do not do, and the rules you agree to. When you use DriverSourceHub, you accept these Terms.

1. Accepting These Terms

By using DriverSourceHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the site after we post changes, you accept the new Terms.

2. What DriverSourceHub Is

DriverSourceHub is a free website that explains computer device drivers in plain language. It is read-only and for learning only. We use public information to write our guides.

What we do

  • We publish guides and articles, sorted by topic.
  • We explain how drivers work and how to update or repair them safely.
  • We link out to official sources so you can read more.

What we do not do

  • We do not host, sell, or hand out drivers or any other software.
  • We do not offer a driver updater tool.
  • We do not take payments or ask for your card details.
  • We do not charge you to read the site.
  • We do not sell paid support or repair services.
  • We do not promise that every detail is correct or up to date.

3. No Sales or Payments

DriverSourceHub does not sell anything. We do not take payments. You cannot buy anything here.

If you follow a link and buy something elsewhere, that sale happens on the other site. Its own terms, prices, and refund rules apply, not ours.

4. Accuracy of Our Information

Our content comes from public sources and is for general learning only. We do not test or endorse the software we mention.

Some details may be old, missing, or wrong. Always check with the maker or the official source before you download or install a driver.

5. How You May Use the Site

You may use DriverSourceHub for lawful, personal, non-commercial, and educational reasons only. Please do not:

  • Break any law while using the site.
  • Try to access parts of the site you are not allowed to.
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy our content without written permission.
  • Run bots that overload our servers.
  • Send spam through the site.
  • Disrupt the security or normal running of the site.
  • Pretend to be someone else.

  • A link or details so we can find the content in question.

8. Links to Other Sites

We link to other websites, such as official maker and operating-system pages, to help you. These are run by other companies under their own rules.

We do not control these sites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. A link does not mean we endorse them.

9. Advertising (FTC Disclosure)

We may show ads from other companies to help pay for the site. Following FTC guidelines, we want you to know that ad deals may affect which ads appear. They never affect what we write.

We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any ad.

10. No Warranties

We provide the site “as is” and “as available.” We make no promises of any kind about it.

As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, title, and non-infringement. You use the site at your own risk.

11. Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, DriverSourceHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This applies to your use of the site, your inability to use it, any software you find through it, or any third-party content we link to.

Our total liability to you for any claim will never be more than one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DriverSourceHub and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees). This applies if they come from your use or misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, or your breach of someone else’s rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United States. Because DriverSourceHub serves readers across all fifty states, any dispute will also be subject to the laws of the state in which you reside, to the extent those laws apply to you as a consumer. We do not apply conflict-of-law rules that would impose the laws of a different jurisdiction.

14. Disputes and Arbitration

If you have a problem, we want to fix it. Please follow these steps:

  • Talk to us first. Email info@driversourcehub.com and give us 30 days to resolve it.
  • Arbitration. If that does not work, the dispute goes to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  • No class actions. Any claim is handled on its own. You give up the right to join a class action.
  • Exception. Either side may still ask a court for emergency relief.

15. Ending Access

We may limit, pause, or end your access to the site at our sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. We may do this for any conduct that breaks these Terms or any law.

16. Other Legal Points

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, we will adjust or remove only that part. The rest stays in force.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other notices, form the full agreement between you and DriverSourceHub.
